Ingredients
Serves: a bowl
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 dried laurel leaf or bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- fresh thyme
- basil leaves
- fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 cup olive oil
- ½ cup vinegar
- 2 cups warm water
- 1 crushed red bell pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
