- 500 grams pork belly slices
- 1 red onion
- 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree (heaped)
- 1 teaspoon garlic (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons soft dark brown sugar
- 17⅔ ounces pork belly slices
- 1 red onion
- 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree (heaped)
- 1 teaspoon garlic (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon fresh gingerroot (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons soft dark brown sugar
