  • 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 red onion (peeled and finely sliced)
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes
  • 500 grams green beans (trimmed)
  • 2 ounces olive oil

Method
