For the Crostini
- 20 slices baguette (day old, thin)
- 1 centimetre thick olive oil
For the Roasted Cherry Tomatoes
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 salt
- 1 pepper
For the Avocado Purée
- 1 large hass avocado (ripe)
- 150 grams goat's cheese (fresh and creamy)
- ½ lemon (juice and zest)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (peeled)
- 2 dashes tabasco
- 1 salt
- 1 pepper
For the Crostini

- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 salt
- 1 pepper

- 5⅓ ounces goat's cheese (fresh and creamy)
- ½ lemon (juice and zest)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (peeled)
- 2 dashes tabasco
- 1 salt
