Garlicky Root Mash

                                        Cook the veg per the instructions, or boil/steam home prepared version until tender - 15-20 mins.  Mash till smooth then blend in the cream cheese.  Season with salt - you won't need much because of the cheese, pepper and a good twist of freshly ground nutmeg.  Serve with any meat or fish.
