Metric Cups
  • 2 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
  • 1 packet crispy noodles
  • 1 lime (juice and zest)
  • ½ teaspoon lemongrass paste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic and herb salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 4 tablespoons lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ginger and garlic paste
  • 125 millilitres water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • lettuce
  • 2 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
  • 1 packet crispy noodles

  • 4 tablespoons lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ginger and garlic paste
  • 4 fluid ounces water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Put 2 chicken breasts in a large bowl and add Ginger/Garlic and lemon grass paste, Garlic and Herb salt, Parsley, and Sugar.
  3. Mix/ Spread over breast evenly with a spatula Juice and Zest 1/2 lime and add to chicken. Add Lemon and Pepper Seasoning and spread over breasts evenly
  4. Place chicken on a greased oven tray and brush with Olive oil Let cook for 20 minutes and turn sides at 10 minutes.
  5. Cut chicken into long thin pieces
  6. Serve on crispy lettuce and noodles dressed with your favourite dressing
