A re-take on Nigella's lovely deep fried bounty's.

creme eggs
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1½ teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt

You could use your own batter recipe or Nigella's, but to make this one, just combine all of the ingredients apart from the creme eggs, dip the cream eggs in the batter, and simply deep fry them.

Be careful, the insides of the eggs, get quite hot! Enjoy!
