Heat Ghee in a deep pan, add the semolina and fry on low heat till it changes Colour *(around 5 Mins) Add the milk and water, ignoring the spluttering, also add the sugar and cook. Cook on low flame until all the liquid dries up and the ghee starts separating. Add the Cardamom Powder along with the Dry Fruits, fry for a 1-2 mins and serve.

- 250 semolina
- 250 sugar
- 125 butter / ghee
- 375 milk
- 375 water
- 1 teaspoon green cardamom powder
- 100 mixed nuts (cashews and almonds are good)
