Cut lids off peppers and deseed. Follow instructions according to packet for cous cous (or follow your own ideas from whole cous cous). Brush inside of peppers with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic salt Stuff in cous cous, grate cheddar cheese, then sprinkle on top generously. Cut cherry tomato in half place on top of cheese, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in the oven on 180 degrees for about 35-40 mins. Voila delicious stuffed peppers!! Great accompanied with bbq meats and some Moroccan dressing!!
