                                    Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl really well, making sure there are no lumps.  Mix the liquids and add to the dry ingredients, mixing well.  Pour into greased and floured 9" x 13" baking pan. - 2 cups sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups water
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
