Introduction

When you get home after a morning run, a perfect quick meal, recommended for Saturdays.

Ingredients

Serves: 3

Metric Cups
  • 240 grams pasta
  • 1 handful frozen peas
  • 1 handful frozen sweetcorn kernels
  • 1 handful cherry tomatoes (chopped in half)
  • 1 handful broccoli (broken into little florets)
  • 75 grams edam cheese (cut into 7mm cubes)
  • 2 frankfurter sausages
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 8½ pasta
  • 1 handful frozen peas
  • 1 handful frozen sweetcorn kernels
  • 1 handful cherry tomatoes (chopped in half)
  • 1 handful broccoli (broken into little florets)
  • 2⅔ edam cheese (cut into 7mm cubes)
  • 2 frankfurter sausages
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Method

  • Follow the instructions on the Pasta Packet
  • With 5 minutes left to boil of the pasta add in the frozen vegtables and frankfurters.
  • Put the cherry tomatos and cheese into a serving bowl.
  • When the pasta is ready, fish out the frankfurters and place them to the side.
  • Drain the Pasta mixture and slice the frankfurters.
  • Place the frankfurters in the serving bowl.
  • Put the pasta and mayonnaise into the bowl and gently mix.
  • Serve into bowls.
