Show more commentsInstead of the zest and the juice I used 200 grs of left over pulp after juicing some oranges Turned out a treat.
Made this twice, delicious. I did break up some giant white chocolate buttons into the mix just before baking - about 20 buttons. Absolutely delicious and a great hit with my family.
Big success with my family, especially when I added the lightest chocolate chips I could find ... the loaf converted well to Canadian ingredients...we also added a dash of orange extract.
This is an easy-bake-loaf and is perfect to go with tea. Tried it and everyone loved it too...Cheers!
I added 2 tbsp of orange marmalade. That gave an extra tanginess to the loaf.
Easy to make and delicious to eat.
