Method

  • Wash fillets, dry them, sprinkle with salt & pepper. For 1 apple and 2 onions peel and cut into disks and fill the bottom of the pot with them, sprinkle it with apple vinegar, cover it with cider, boil it, and cook it for 5 minutes, stand a side.
  • For the rest of the apples, cut in to half moons. Heat up the butter in a pan, fry apples, and on a plate put the fried appless and fish, sauce from cooking sprinkle with salt and pepper spread over the fish and apples. Sprinkle all of it with chopped spring onion.
