Margarine ,sugar, vanilla sugar and unsweetened cocoa melt in a mall pot add 1/3 of water glass and cool it, in to in add gently 1by 1 egg yolks, flour mixed with baking powder, and at the end well done foam from whites, stir it all, at the baking form spread the butter, SPRINKLE THE BREADCRUMBS ON TO THE BAKING FORM LAY DOWN THE DOUGH, ON TO the peeled pear's at the bottom of baking form, bake 45-60m at 180C

- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa

- breadcrumbs
