Ingredients

Metric Cups
  • 50 grams new potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • apples
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • spring onions
  • 1 tablespoon Italian nuts (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 150 millilitres yoghurt
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1¾ ounces new potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • apples
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • scallions
  • 1 tablespoon Italian nuts (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 5 fluid ounces yoghurt
  • salt
  • pepper

Method

  • Cook the potatoes, dice them all sprinkle with salt and pepper, peel the apple dice it too. Cover the apple with lime juice
  • Mix the potatoes nuts and oil. Chop nicely the spring onion and parsley, mix mustard with yogurt.
  • Cook the eggs, peel them cut them in to little moon's
  • Put them on a potato's mixture, cover with spring onion & parsley and sauce. Enjoy
