Wash the rucola and tomatoes, mix vinegar, salt and pepper, after that add oil and stir it again. In a bowl add rucola, and sliced on half's tomato's % nut's cover it all with the sauce, add diced gorgonzola cheese.:)

For the Cheese
- 250 grams rocket
- 15 grams cherry tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons Italian nuts (minced)
- 200 grams gorgonzola cheese
For the Sauce
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- ½ tablespoon salt
- black pepper (freshly minced)
For the Cheese
- 8⅚ ounces arugula
- ½ ounce cherry tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons Italian nuts (minced)
- 7 ounces gorgonzola cheese
For the Sauce
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- ½ tablespoon salt
- black pepper (freshly minced)
