Ingredients

Serves: 10

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter (or margarine)
  • 1000 milk
  • 750 sugar
  • 125 cornmeal
  • 250 grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Method

  • Blend the liquid ingredients (eggs, butter, milk) in a blender. Add the dry ingredients (sugar, corn meal, parmesan cheese, baking powder) and blend well.
  • Put the cake mixture in a mould previously greased with butter and dusted with wheat flour. Bake the cake in preheated oven (330 F) for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown and done.
