Ingredients

Serves: 8-10

Metric Cups
  • 2 packets chocolate biscuits (you can use 2 different types)
  • 2 cans caramel (or dulche de leche)
  • 500 millilitres cream
  • 6 chocolate (or chocolate flake bars) (grated)
  • 2 packets chocolate biscuits (you can use 2 different types)
  • 2 cans caramel (or dulche de leche)
  • 17½ fluid ounces cream
  • 6 chocolate (or chocolate flake bars) (grated)

Method

  • Cut the biscuits into bite-sized chunks and crumble all the Flakes (or break them into chunks).
  • Whip the cream until it is stiff, then blend the caramel in.
  • Mix everything together, but save some of the Flake to sprinkle over the top.
  • Leave in the fridge for a couple of hours so the biscuits go soggy and the creamy bit sets.
