Foolproof Fruit Scones

  1. Dice butter in cubes and place in freezer for approx. 10 mins before use.
  2. Don’t bother to roll out mixture having placed it on lightly floured surface.
  3. With lightly floured hands make your batch of evenly sized scones and place on warm tray(s)
  4. Hot, hot oven before and during baking process (220°C max)
  5. 17 mins and review/turn in necessary.
