This is a delicious strawberry sauce that will make your guests forget about chocolate. It goes down very smoothly and all of a sudden the pepper kicks in and "Wow!", everything wakes up. I tried it one night and liked it so much I went back the next night just for the sauce. Chef Jaya Loyola was kind enough to share it with me. - 250 millilitres diced strawberries
- 125 millilitres superfine sugar
- 125 millilitres cointreau
- 1 pinch of white pepper (to taste)
