  • 250 grams cauliflowers
  • 250 grams broccoli
  • 1½ tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 large onion
  • juice of 1 lime
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 8⅚ ounces cauliflowers
  • 8⅚ ounces broccoli
  • 1½ tablespoons mayonnaise

Method

  • Boil cauliflower and broccoli twigs in hot water with some salt, drain off while green of broccoli is remaining. Keep until cold.
  • Cut onion into small pieces, add salt and lime and mix well. Add cauliflower, broccoli and mayyonese and mix well.
