Ingredients

Serves: Makes about 3-4 servings

Metric Cups
  • 1 kilogram beef (cut int slices)
  • 2 medium onions (chopped)
  • 150 grams mushrooms (chopped)
  • 1 unsalted butter
  • 1 salt (to taste)
  • 1 pepper (to taste)
  • 1 cooking cream
  • 2⅕ pounds beef (cut int slices)

Method

  • Melt a little butter on meduim heat and fry the chopped onions in it until it turns into a yellowish colour. Remove the onions in a small dish and set aside.
  • Melt some more butter and fry the chopped mushrooms in it. When it's tender, add the meat to it.
  • Add salt and pepper as desired and leave it on low fire until the meat is fully cooked.
  • Add the onions to the meat and leave for another 2 minutes.
  • Add some cooking cream to the meat and heat, but do not boil the cream, that will take about 2-3 more minutes. Now your meal is ready, Bon Appetit!
