Ingredients

Serves: 6

Metric Cups
  • 750 grams self-raising flour
  • 375 millilitres lemonade
  • 300 millilitres double cream
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 26 ounces self-rising flour
  • 13⅙ fluid ounces lemonade
  • 10½ fluid ounces heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Method

Lemonade Scones is a community recipe submitted by Renske and has not been tested by Nigella.com so we are not able to answer questions regarding this recipe.

  • Preheat the oven on 200*C.
  • Put all the ingredients in the KA (with the dough hook!) and turn on very slow until it's a smooth dough.
  • Roll the dough until it's 2cm thick and cut into square scones.
  • Put the scones on a greased baking tray and bake in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes. Done!
