In a large bowl pour out some flour depending on how many it is for. Add the butter, and juice. Slowly add the milk while hand whisking. The end result should be an elasticy mixture. Add blueberries on a pan, place a bit of butter, until it melts, then ladle small pancakes. Cook and serve with maple syrup.
