In a food processor, whizz coriander, lime zest and juice. Place in a food bag and add chicken breasts. Leave in fridge until required. Heat oil in frying pan on medium heat, add chicken breasts cook slowly then add rest of marinade and carton of cream; simmer. Season to taste
