Introduction

Its really healthy and really yum! Tastes great on its own or with anything!

Ingredients

Serves: 3

  • 1 finely chopped cucumber
  • 1 tomato (pulp removed, finely chopped)
  • ½ finely chopped onion
  • 1 handful roughly crushed dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 salt (to taste)
  • 1 sugar (to taste)
  • 2 cups Greek yoghurt
  • ½ grated carrot
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (or cilantro/coriander leaves, very finely chopped)
