Its really healthy and really yum! Tastes great on its own or with anything!
- 1 finely chopped cucumber
- 1 tomato (pulp removed, finely chopped)
- ½ finely chopped onion
- 1 handful roughly crushed dry roasted peanuts
- 1 salt (to taste)
- 1 sugar (to taste)
- 2 cups greek yoghurt
- ½ grated carrot
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (or cilantro/coriander leaves, very finely chopped)
