Does what it says on the tin! Could be a soup course I suppose, but it's really a meal in itself. Super simple, cleansing and healthy!!
I don't like using regimented quantities, depends how I'm feeling/how many people, use your own judgement. Allow one breast per person, unless you're a chuffa.
- chicken breast
- miso paste (or powder)
- mirin (or dry sherry)
- soup noodles
- baby bok choy (or bok choi or spinach)
- chilli sauce (to taste - not sweet)
- lime juice
