Cook the potatoes until it is soft. Peel them and add flour and milk and mash-mix thoroughly. Alongside put water for boiling adding the sugar and the cardamoms. Now that you have mixed the potatoes with flour and milk make small rounds. Heat oil in wok and fry them. Add the fried rounds to the sugar syrup and let it stay till it gets soft and soaks the syrup.
