  • sweet potato
  • 255 grams all-purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons green cardamom
  • sugar
  • 250 millilitres water
  • 500 millilitres oil (for frying)

Method

  • Cook the potatoes until it is soft. Peel them and add flour and milk and mash-mix thoroughly.
  • Alongside put water for boiling adding the sugar and the cardamoms. Now that you have mixed the potatoes with flour and milk make small rounds.
  • Heat oil in wok and fry them. Add the fried rounds to the sugar syrup and let it stay till it gets soft and soaks the syrup.
