Ingredients

Serves: 2 -4

Metric Cups
  • 100 grams dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons condensed milk
  • 125 millilitres milk
  • 50 grindings choco flakes
  • 25 grams butter
  • 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 4⅖ fluid ounces milk
  • 50 grindings choco flakes
  • 1 ounce butter

Method

  • In a pan, add butter, milk and stir it on low flame. Dont let it burn, add the chocolate bar and let it melt .
  • After it melts add 2 tablespoons of condensed milk. Stir to avoid burning.
  • Let them cook for a minute and switch off the flame.
  • Then add the crunchy choco flakes. Stir and mix, dont keep the flakes for a long time as they might become soft!!
  • Put butter on ur hands and just quickly roll the mixture in your palms and place them on butter paper.
  • Put them in fridge for setting for 1-2 hrs.
