- 6 hilsa fish
- 5 teaspoons mustard oil
- 1 teaspoon dry fish masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 2 teaspoons mustard seeds
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 1 pinch of salt (to taste)
- 1 handful fresh coriander (to garnish - or parsley)
