Steamed Fish with Bagna Cauda is a community recipe submitted by killerhoneyb and has not been tested by Nigella.com so we are not able to answer questions regarding this recipe.
For the fish: 1. Spread some butter on aluminium foil. 1. Put fish on top of butter 'base'. 1. Add more butter, salt and pepper on top of the fish; I'm using basa fillet but obviously you can use any fish you desire. 1. Wrap a tightly sealed package, then bake in a very hot oven for 15 minutes.
Bagna Cauda: 1. Grate the garlic and finely mince the anchovies and put into the cold oil. 1. On medium heat whisk in the butter one cube at a time. 1. Serve the sauce with some steamed potatoes and steamed fish.
