Introduction

Its a substitute for Scrambled Egg for VEGGIES. Adding the authentic touch of Indian masala, this dish tastes yummy. It goes with any type of bread and children will love it!!

Ingredients

Serves: 2

Metric Cups
  • 10 mint leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • ½ tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 pinch of turmeric
  • ½ tablespoon chilli powder
  • salt (to taste)
  • ½ tablespoon pav bhaji masala (optional, for extra spiciness)
  • 250 grams cottage cheese (or paneer)
  • 2 onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 large tomato (finely chopped)
  • 4 teaspoons garlic (finely chopped)
  • 10 mint leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • ½ tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 pinch of turmeric
  • ½ tablespoon chili powder
  • salt (to taste)
  • ½ tablespoon pav bhaji masala (optional, for extra spiciness)
  • 9 ounces cottage cheese (or paneer)
  • 2 onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 large tomato (finely chopped)
  • 4 teaspoons garlic (finely chopped)

Method

  • Add oil to a smaller wok (kadai). Heat it, add finely chopped garlic, fry, then add finely chopped onions, saute till light brown then add tomatoes, saute them till they become soft. add mint leaves , add a pinch of turmeric, half table spoon of garam masala, chilli powder, salt to taste. Let it cook for around 5-8 minutes.
  • Serve it hot with any bread especially Indian naan.
  • ENJOY!!!
