- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion (cut into wedges)
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 250 millilitres water
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest (finely grated)
- 500 millilitres pumpkin (cubed)
- ½ gram red peppers
- 2 grams courgettes
- 400 grams chopped tomatoes (canned)
- 425 grams canned tuna (drained)
- 300 grams chickpeas (canned, drained)
- couscous (for serving)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 9 fluid ounces water
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest (finely grated)
- 18 fluid ounces pumpkin (cubed)
- ounce red bell peppers
- ounce zucchini
- 14⅛ ounces diced tomatoes (canned)
- 15 ounces canned tuna (drained)
- 10⅗ ounces garbanzo beans (canned, drained)
- couscous (for serving)
