A Greek friend of mine introduced me to this recipe. It is simple and so nice. Just serve with crusty bread or baguette.

  • 1 feta cheese (big chunk)
  • 1 oregano (fresh or dried)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Preheat oven 180-200 degrees
  • Place the Cheese in a oven proof dish.
  • Pour olive oil over cheese.
  • Sprinkle oregano over cheese.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 20-30 min. Until soft.

    • I add a spoonful of napolitan sauce under the feta, some finely sliced onion and green pepper on top with a dusting of paprika and finish off with slices of tomato and oregano, delicious.
