I was making Nigella's famous little croisants, but I bought the wrong puff pastry. The one I had to roll myself and had quite a big piece left over and I thought what would Nigella do with this. Here is the result I loved it.
- 1 sheet puff pastry (a big sheet)
- goat's cheese
- 3 rashers bacon
- 1 egg
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
