Egg whites stiff, beat with 1/2 cup of the sugar and put aside; In The electric mixer, whisk butter and 1 cup 1/2 sugar until pale, add egg yolks one at a time, cream; Add the flower (2 kinds) mixed with the baking soda, mixing the yoghurt in the process. Add the egg whites you had aside and mix delicately. Butter a round form (the kind with a hole in the middle), add half the batter, place the cubes of goiabada, add the remaining batter on top. Bake. When still hot, add the coconut milk mixed with the sugar.

- 5 eggs
- 2 cups flour (wheat or plain)
- 5 ounces soft butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup maize flour (fuba)
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 cups goiabada (cubes, coated in flour)
- 1 bottle coconut milk (a little bottle)
- ½ cup sugar (for icing)
