Metric Cups
  • 150 grams icing sugar
  • 500 millilitres double cream
  • 50 millilitres vodka
  • 25 millilitres tia maria
  • 100 millilitres coca-cola (flat)
  • 5 ounces confectioners' sugar
  • 17½ fluid ounce heavy cream
  • 1¾ fluid ounce vodka
  • ⅞ fluid ounce tia maria
  • 3½ fluid ounce coca-cola (flat)

  • Put alcohol in a bowl big enough to hold all the liquid and cream.
  • Stir in sugar to disolve
  • Now add the Cola and stir together.
  • Add Cream and whip until smooth.
  • Pour into airtight container and freeze overnight.
