When this recipe was available on the site I tried it out as I love ginger cake, especially sticky ginger cake. Oh my word, it’s utterly delicious, especially if you can manage to leave it wrapped up for 48 hours to develop its stickiness (try, its worth it!). The best ginger cake I’ve ever had and my family love it too!
