Cleaning Zesters and Fine Graters

I keep a toothbrush solely for kitchen use in my “tools” drawer for getting the last bit of nutmeg off the nutmeg grater etc. Just pop it in the cutlery drawer of the dishwasher to make sure the different flavours don’t transfer!
