Emptying puree tubes

Get every last drop from tubes of tomato puree, or any other ingredients which come in tubes, (also works for toothpaste) by placing on a worktop or chopping board, making sure the lid is on tightly, and use a rolling pin, working from the bottom, to squeeze the content towards the top. Flattened section can then be folded over to stop anything working it's way back down.
