Homemade Hair Gel

Make your own hair gel from flax seeds. 1 part seeds to 4 parts water, bring to the boil and simmer for a couple of minutes. Strain through a sieve, add a few drops of essential oil if you like. It will keep in the fridge for 3-4 days. Brilliant for curly hair.
