Our answer

Nigella's Korean Keema (from KITCHEN) marinates minced (ground) turkey in a salty, sweet and spicy mixture of gochujang, honey, soy sauce and rice wine. The meat is stir-fried and the marinade ingredients make a sticky sauce.

It would be possible to make the dish with minced pork. We would suggest using a lean minced pork mixture (5% fat) so that the dish does not become too oily. The method will be the same as if you were using minced turkey.
