Chocolate Pudding Recipe

Hi Team Nigella! I switched on to the Food Channel and Nigella was finishing preparing a chocolate pudding, I only remembered two ingredients - chocolate and fresh cream. I can't remember the other two ingredients but can you help?

It is slightly difficult to guess a recipe from just two ingredients but we suspect that the recipe you are looking for is Nigella's Chocolate Pudding, or "Budino Di Cioccolato" from Nigella Express (and also on Nigella.com). This has more than two ingredients as it is a set chocolate cream made with chocolate, cocoa powder, eggs, sugar, cream and cornflour (cornstarch). But it is very quick and easy to make and cools to a satiny chocolate cream.
The other possibility is that you saw the Instant Chocolate Orange Mousse from Nigellissima which is a combination of melted chocolate, condensed milk and double cream, mixed with orange zest and liqueur. Unfortunately it is not available on-line at the moment but can be found on p148 of the Nigellissima book.
