The lime squeezer used by Nigella on Simply Nigella is one that she has owned for some time and was originally made by the Mexican company called Hernan. Unfortunately as far as we can tell this product is not currently available, though it is worth keeping an eye on auction sites such as eBay for similar items.

Nigella also sometimes uses a citrus reamer. These are available in many stores and on-line. If you are looking for specific lime squeezers then there are models available on some US cookware websites. You could try Williams-Sonoma, Crate And Barrel and Sur La Table. International shipping is available to certain locations from some of these websites.
