The Chocolate Banana Muffins are amazing! Would they freeze well?
Nigella's Chocolate Banana Muffins (from KITCHEN) are moist muffins with good flavour and they freeze well. Put the muffins in an airtight container and freeze for up to 2 months. If you need to stack the muffins in layers then put a piece of baking parchment (parchment paper) in between the layers so that the muffins don't stick together.
Let the muffins thaw at room temperature on a wire rack for about 3 hours. If you like you can reheat the muffins in a warm oven (approx 150°C/130°C Fan/300°F) for 5-8 minutes before serving.
