- 3 eggs
- 300 millilitres caster sugar
- 3 bananas
- 100 millilitres butter (melted)
- 75 millilitres milk
- 3 teaspoons vanilla sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 450 grams flour (sifted)
For the Glace
- 150 grams icing sugar
- 50 grams butter
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
- 3 tablespoons coffee

- 1¾ ounces butter
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
