Our answer

Nigella's Lunchbox Treats (from NIGELLA EXPRESS) are made from cornflakes, oats, sesame seeds and Rice Krispies that are bound together with a mixture of syrup, butter and chocolate. The treats will keep in the fridge for a week, though they may start to soften slightly over time.

There is no particular reason why the treats cannot be frozen, but again bear in mind that they may soften slightly when they defrost. We would suggest wrapping each treat individually in small pieces of clingfilm and then freezing them in an airtight container for up to 1 month. The treats will defrost fairly quickly at room temperature so remove from the freezer and unwrap about an hour before eating.
