I love the matte black skillet that Nigella uses on her shows - most recently on Kitchen. Can you please tell me who makes it and where I can purchase it? Thanks!

I know this is going to sound a daft question but where can I get hold of the brown paper cases used in Chocolate and Banana Muffins recipe in the "Kitchen" book. Many thanks in advance. Nathaniel
