Nigella's Feta And Avocado Salad With Red Onions, Pomegranate and Nigella Seeds (from SIMPLY NIGELLA) has chunks of salty feta that are offset with creamy avocado and quick-pickled red onion. A scattering of pomegranate seeds is added for some sweet-sharp bursts.

If you can't get pomegranate seeds then we would prefer just to eat the salad without them as there isn't really a good substitute that will go well with the other ingredients. The salad will still have the tang from the pickled onions to provide contrast with the feta and avocado.
