Hello, I'm looking for a recipe I saw tonight on a repeat Nigella TV show. I missed the name and full ingredients for a cheesecake but I think that it was a caramel cheesecake. It was on the same program as the "Praised Chicken". I can't find it on the website. Thanks, Sue
Our answer
Nigella's recipe for My Mother's Praised Chicken appeared in the book Kitchen and was also included in the TV series kitchen in the episode titled You Know It Makes Sense. On the same show she made a Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheescake which can also be found in the book Kitchen (p175) and also on the Nigella website.
We suspect that it is the Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake that you saw. However as you thought it may contain caramel we would also mention that Nigella also has a recipe for Banoffee Cheesecake, with a caramel sauce, in Kitchen. The recipe can be found in the book, on p133.
